They do pas account for site-specific solar irradiance, AHJ permit requirements, NEC 2023 disconnect rules, motor-starting surges, or roof/structural constraints. Final off-grid system design must be reviewed by a licensed NEC/UL-compliant installer. Use these tools to set budget expectations — not to commit to a system design.
